Booking Terms
- 1.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. A receipt or proof of payment must be sent to Rumble Tumbles in order to secure and finalise a booking.
- 2.
In the event that a booking is cancelled with at least 14 days notice, Rumble Tumbles will issue a full refund of any booking deposit paid.
- 3.
In the event that a booking is cancelled with less than 14 days notice, Rumble Tumbles will retain 40% of any booking deposit paid and issue a refund of the remaining 10%.
- 4.
In the event that a booking date needs to be changed with at least 14 days notice, the full booking deposit is transferable in order to secure a new date. This is subject to Rumble Tumbles availability.
- 5.
In the event that a booking date needs to be changed with less than 14 days notice, Rumble Tumbles will retain 40% of any booking deposit paid and issue a refund of the remaining 10%. A 50% deposit will again be required in order to secure a new date.
- 6.
In the event that you or your child becomes ill or will be unable to attend on the booking date due to force majeure, the full booking deposit is transferable in order to secure a new date. A refund of your deposit may be granted in extreme circumstances. This is subject to Rumble Tumbles discretion.
- 7.
In the event of COVID-19 restrictions and/or limitations implemented by the state of New South Wales, Rumble Tumbles will notify you of these changes and issue a full refund of any booking deposit paid.
- 8.
Upon paying the 50% booking deposit, you hereby state that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
Venue Terms
- 1.
Supervision
All children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times while at Rumble Tumbles Indoor Play Centre. The accompanying adult is responsible for the supervision and conduct of the children in their care.
- 2.
Adult use of equipment
Adults are welcome to be in the play area to supervise their children. However, adult play on the equipment is prohibited.
- 3.
Suitability of equipment
Some of the equipment may not be suitable for all children, or your child may need assistance from you to use it safely. Please use your judgement about which equipment is appropriate for your child's age and ability.
- 4.
Liability
Rumble Tumbles Indoor Play Centre will not be responsible for any injury sustained by any child or adult while at the venue. By entering the play centre or booking a party, you acknowledge the inherent risks of indoor play and accept responsibility for the children in your care.
- 5.
Food and allergies
If your party booking includes food provided by Rumble Tumbles, please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 48 hours before your booking. While we take care to accommodate allergies, our kitchen and service area are not free from common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs). You are responsible for ensuring food is safe for the children in your care.
- 6.
Photography
Parents and guardians are welcome to take photos and videos of their own children at the venue. Please be mindful of other families and avoid filming other children without their parents' permission.
Rumble Tumbles may take general photos and videos of the venue and activities for our website and social media. We do not publish photos in which children are clearly identifiable without separate written consent. See our Privacy Policy for details on how you can opt out.
- 7.
Damage
Visitors who damage equipment, furniture, or fittings through negligence or deliberate misuse may be liable for reasonable repair or replacement costs.
- 8.
Right to refuse
Rumble Tumbles reserves the right to refuse entry or ask visitors to leave if behaviour endangers the safety of children, other visitors, or staff.
- 9.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
